I talk about being goal oriented, what it means to live a good life.
I think there is a difference between a goal and an intention. A goal is specific and is measurable. Your intention might be to educate yourself but one goal might be to read a book a month. The plan would be to make a list of possible books and then determine how much time you will devote each day or week. Use your planner to write down a specific time to make the book list and to prioritize the order of reading. Also in the planner write down what days you plan to read.
On another subject: an interesting interview might be the young man who does Teen Take. What are his information sources? When did he get started? What books has he read and recommends? Is he currently active in party politics? What are his ideas on bring about change?
