Several things were of real interest to me. Number one the two of you seemed to agree on the importance of selling. This is the necessary underpinning of any business. I would refer you to the youtube to check out ” 10 Principles of Modern Selling” these are short ( and there are only 5) but I think they will get you thinking. If you are like most people you will have a great reluctance to selling. However if you, via questioning, can discover an opportunity for your potential customers for better health, better service for the customer’s business, or satisfaction of a desire of the ethical animal treatment you will discover the pleasure of selling. You touched on the importance of using some of the same truth seeking in personal relationships. This too comes about via questioning and legitimate interest in the other person.

Number two the Mastermind idea is very interesting. This seems to come naturally to you as you constantly are seeking advice from your network. The old “two heads are better than one” is certainly true.

I will watch those, and perhaps I should talk about them at some point on the show afterwards.
I think you’re exactly right there. I do have an aversion to sales, but I do like providing value for others, and I do believe I have a valuable product. I won’t pester people to sell my meat, and I will certainly understand if people don’t want to spend money on expensive meat, I won’t chase those people because they aren’t my customers. I’ll pursue and sell to the people I think will see the benefit in what I have to offer.

The Free Market Squad has been very beneficial, and I hope starting a smaller group will be beneficial as well.
