I talk about more ethics today, some basic principles I try to follow. Honesty, kindness, and non-aggression.

Loved the show, except your age related self deprecation is understandable but a getting bit excessive. Maybe do a show on logical fallacies, then maybe you wouldn’t fall victim to the fallacy that age or lack there of is significant in an argument. You are young and I am old, but that doesn’t make me right or you wrong. Be proud that you are young and questing knowledge and if someone disagrees with you it should be for a flaw in logic not for your lack of age. I hope age make you even wiser, but there are no guarantees.
I absolutely agree with you that age and experience are not arguments. My point is to show that I realize I don’t have experience, and I try to welcome any criticism. That’s how I got to where I’m at. I”m very proud, maybe too proud, of the things I do and what I know. I’m explaining philosophical ideas to people sometimes over 4 times my age, and it’s new stuff for them. I’m doing things that very few people seem to be capable of, but only because of my self-awareness and willingness to change in the face of evidence, which I tried to show in this episode.
As always, thank you for your feedback Richard. You’re one of a very small group of listeners that regularly gives me feedback, and I really appreciate it, even if I don’t always directly respond.
